Marketing and Promotions Internship
Sports Radio 790 The Zone is seeking highly motivated and outgoing individuals who are interested in learning the ins and outs of the marketing/promotions industry. Being a promotionally driven company, Sports Radio 790 The Zone relies on the promotions interns to become a true team member and get involved in all aspects of all promotions. Promotions interns will be responsible for the following job duties among others; brainstorming of promotional ideas, general office duties, managing on-site broadcasts and appearances, recapping of promotions, maintaining and organizing promotional items, and most importantly being a good ambassador of the station.
Position Requirements: The above position requires, most importantly, the ability to interact with others in a very personable and outgoing nature. In addition, qualities that are looked upon as required are; organizational skills, the desire to learn, passion, motivation, and again, sociable. College credit is preferred, but certainly not required. Also, required working hours are subject to change so a flexible schedule is essential.
